Baker'S Ki Duniya Private Limited

Our little spot is Shop No 12 in Nandanavan Park. If you are around Sector 36 in Kamothe, you might have seen us. We call it Baker'S Ki Duniya because that’s what we do. It’s mostly about baking and managing the shop. Raigarh can get quite humid, which isn't always great for the dough, but we've learned to deal with it over the years. The shop isn't huge, so things can get a bit tight when we're busy. We have a few ovens going and it gets pretty warm inside. It’s a real hands-on job. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. Most mornings start early before the sun is even up properly. We handle the ingredients, do the baking, and then wait for the people from the neighborhood to stop by. Kamothe has changed a lot since we started, but Shop No 12 stays pretty much the same. We aren't trying to be the biggest bakery around. We just like what we do and try to keep things decent. Sometimes the oven acts up or a delivery is late, but that's just part of the daily life here. It’s a simple business. We are just local people making food for other local people.
