It’s a good spot because Ryan International School is right there, so there is always a lot of activity during the day. We are just local builders trying to make a living by putting up quality structures in Navi Mumbai. We don't have a polished sales pitch. Mostly, we just talk about what needs to get done and how much it’s going to cost. It’s hard work, and some days it feels like we are just chasing our tails with all the regulations and paperwork. But when you see a building finally standing where there was just an empty plot before, it feels like we actually accomplished something. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of offices, just this one spot in Kharghar. We know our neighbors and the shopkeepers downstairs, which makes the whole thing feel more like a community project than a corporate job. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, eating snacks from the local stalls while we work. It’s not always easy, but it’s our business and we take it seriously. We just do our best to be fair and get the job finished for our clients.
