Artharth Engineers & Contractor Private Limited

Our office is in Kamothe, specifically in Sai Residency over at Plot 15 in Sector 9. We are up on the fourth floor in Flat 402. It’s a quiet enough area of Mumbai, though the city is always moving. Artharth Engineers & Contractor Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We do engineering and contracting work. It’s a lot of calculating, looking at blueprints, and making sure the sites are running right. Being in Kamothe is good because we can get to various parts of the city and even out towards Navi Mumbai without too much trouble. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of files piled up. We spend a good chunk of our time on the phone or out at construction sites checking on progress. It’s the kind of job where your boots get dirty and you’re always thinking about the next step in a build. We started this because we know the trade. There isn’t a lot of mystery to what we do. We take on contracts, figure out the engineering side, and try to get things finished. Sometimes things go slow with permits or weather, but that’s just how this business works. We aren’t a huge corporation with a glass building. We are just engineers and contractors working out of a flat in a residential building, keeping things real and steady. It’s what we know and we just keep at it.
