Arizo Realty LLP is located up on the 14th floor of the Lavista building. We are in Sector 10 of Kharghar, which is part of the Panvel area in Raigarh. Our specific spot is C-1402. Being up this high gives us a pretty good view of the whole sector. Kharghar is a busy place these days with a lot of new construction going on. We work out of this apartment-turned-office. It’s a small group of us. We spend most of our time on the computer or talking to clients on the phone. It’s not a formal place. We have our files organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit messy to someone else. The plots 256 and 257 are where Lavista sits. Finding us is usually pretty easy since the building is well-known in Sector 10. We deal with all sorts of property inquiries. Some days are slow and we just sit around and drink coffee, other days the phone won’t stop ringing. We like being in Kharghar because everything is developing so fast. We don’t have a big corporate mission or anything. We just try to help people find a place to stay or invest in around here. It keeps us occupied enough throughout the week and the view is definitely a plus when the sun starts to go down.
