Our business is based in Garmilla, right on College Road at 20-559. If you are looking for us, we’re close to the Agriculture Office, which is the main landmark everyone uses. We do construction and development work and we’ve been in this area for quite a while. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't have a lot of the bells and whistles you see with the bigger firms in the city. It’s just a place where we sit down to figure out the plans and talk to clients. We don't use any of that marketing speak you hear these days. We just build things. It involves a lot of dusty days on site and late evenings at the office. Sometimes things get complicated with permits or materials, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We aren't a big corporation, just a local team that knows the neighborhood and the people. We like being near the Agriculture Office because it’s easy for people to find us. The work can be tough and the hours are often long, but we’re used to it. We don't have any grand slogans. We just try to do the job we said we’d do and move on to the next one. It’s a very practical way to run things. Most of our clients are people from around here who know our name.
