Ak Prime Excellence Realty Private Limited

So we are based out of Kharghar, right at Plot No-G/49 in Sector 12. Most days here start early because the sun hits the front of the office quite hard. Ak Prime Excellence Realty Private Limited is just a small group of us trying to figure out the real estate market in this part of Navi Mumbai. You can usually find one of us sitting at the desk or maybe out checking on a site nearby. It isn't a very fancy setup, just some chairs and a table where we keep all the paperwork for the various plots and apartments we deal with. People sometimes walk in asking for directions because Sector 12 can get a bit confusing with all the different blocks. We have been here for a bit now, so we know the local chai wala and the guys at the corner shop pretty well. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams when we are trying to get a contract ready, but that is just how it goes in a normal office. We spend a lot of time on our phones or driving around to show people different spots. It gets busy, especially on weekends when everyone has time to look at houses. We just try to keep things simple and get the work done without making a big fuss about it. If you are ever near the G/49 plot, you will see our sign. It is just a regular place where we do our daily business and try to keep things organized as best as we can.
