Being in the Raigarh district puts us in a good position for moving things around the region. The office itself is quite simple and down-to-earth. We have the usual setup—a few desks, a couple of chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets filled with paper records. Karanjade is an area that is still developing in some ways, so it’s interesting to be here. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons dealing with the logistics of the pharmaceutical business. It’s not glamorous work at all. There’s a lot of counting and verifying and making sure the labels are exactly right before anything leaves. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist at the front. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. We like being in Ganesh Vihar because it’s easy to explain to people where we are located. The pace here is steady. We don't try to be something we aren't. We’re just a small team making sure the business side of things doesn't fall behind. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we keep the office clean and tidy. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people who care about their daily jobs and getting the details right every single time.
