You can find us over in Panvel, at the Goodwill Paradise complex in Section 15. Our office is on the 11th floor, so we actually get a pretty good view of the whole neighborhood from up here. Kharghar is a place that is growing so fast, and we’ve watched it change quite a bit over the last few years. This foundation is really just our way of staying involved and helping out the families around Raigarh. It’s definitely not a fancy corporate office with expensive furniture. It’s more like a comfortable place where friends and neighbors can meet up to talk and get things done. We have a lot of long discussions about what’s actually needed in this part of town. Sometimes we focus on food projects, and other times we’re trying to help kids with their school supplies. We don't really follow a set script or a rigid plan. We just look at what’s happening around us and try to pitch in where we can. Living in a big residential complex like Goodwill Paradise means we are always surrounded by people. It makes it very easy to stay in touch with what our neighbors are actually worried about. We don’t spend any money on big advertisements. We just talk to people face to face. It’s a very human way of working. Anyway, we just take it one project at a time and see where it goes.
