Our office is Shop no 1 in Keshar Anand Niwas, which is at 776 Mahatma Gandhi Road in Uran, Raigarh. It’s right on the main road, so it gets pretty busy with people walking by. Adiveer Realty Llp is just us helping people with property stuff in the Uran area. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of employees. It’s a small shop. We spend most of our time talking to locals and looking at houses or plots. Uran is a unique place with the port nearby and all the development happening. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Mahatma Gandhi Road over the years. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just know the area well and can tell you what’s what. Sometimes we are out of the office showing a site, so the shop might be closed for an hour or two. We don't have a receptionist to answer every call immediately. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We like being on the ground floor where we can see what’s going on outside. The building, Keshar Anand Niwas, is well-known around here. We’ve kept our setup pretty simple. Just some desks and a couple of fans to keep us cool in the afternoon. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor.
