Aditya Birla Retail

We are based in Mumbai at Bhumirajwoods, specifically in A-10/401. This is where the Aditya Birla Retail work happens for our little branch. Since we are in a residential-style complex, it doesn't really feel like a cold corporate office. It’s more like a home that’s been turned into a place of work. We’ve got our computers set up and files stacked in the corners. From the window, you can see the other buildings and sometimes the kids playing in the common areas downstairs. It’s a bit more peaceful than being right on the main highway, which we appreciate. We spend our hours looking at retail numbers and coordinating with different suppliers. It’s mostly just us sitting around the big table talking about what needs to be shipped or ordered. The kitchen area is where we usually hang out during lunch, eating our dabbas and complaining about the traffic. We don't have any big slogans on the walls or fancy decorations. It’s a functional space. People who live in the building probably don't even realize there's a retail office running from 401. We like it that way because it keeps things low-key. Every day is pretty much the same routine, but we get the work done without any extra drama or complicated systems. It’s just our small Mumbai base.
