Adima Developers Private Limited is based out of New Panvel, over in Raigarh. Our office is actually in Shiv Darshan Apartment, which is in Sector 11. It is Flat No. 01 on Plot No. 9. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building, but more of a residential setup that we’ve used for our work for quite some time. Panvel has grown a lot lately, so Sector 11 is pretty busy these days with new shops and people moving in. We like being in a flat because it feels more relaxed than a corporate park. You can hear the neighborhood sounds, like kids playing or people going to the market nearby. It’s a ground-floor or first-floor kind of vibe depending on how you look at the building layout. Working from Shiv Darshan keeps us close to the local projects we handle. We usually have tea at the small stall down the road when we need a break. Most people who come to see us are locals from the Raigarh area or people looking at property around New Panvel. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights, just the company name on the door so people know they’ve found the right place. It’s an honest way to run a business, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this particular street in Panvel over the years.
