Achija Realty is over in Kharghar, specifically in Sector 10. Our office is actually in an apartment, FL-D 1201 in the Om Harmony building. It’s a bit different from a regular commercial office, but it works for us. It feels more like a home, which is nice since we spend so much time here. Kharghar is a planned place, but it still has its quirks. We focus on the local buildings and the plots around this area. Being on the 12th floor gives us a pretty good view of the neighborhood. We are a private limited company, but really it's just a small group of us making sure everything runs smoothly. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. We wear regular clothes and speak plainly. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign. The paperwork for property in Maharashtra can be a real nightmare with all the stamps and signatures, so we spend a lot of time at the registrar's office. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. We know which sectors have the best water supply and which ones get noisy at night. That’s the kind of stuff we tell people. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a quiet way to run a business and it keeps us busy.
