Aces Realtors Llp is tucked away in Alibag at H. No. 1463 in Pimpalbhat. We are pretty close to Suruchi Hotel, which is a big help when we have to give directions over the phone. Alibag has a different feel than the city, a bit slower and sometimes you can feel the air from the coast if the wind is right. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular house-style building that we use for work. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a big table or at our individual desks. There is a small porch area where we sometimes stand to take a break. Pimpalbhat is a quiet enough neighborhood but you still get the tourists and locals passing by the hotel area. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby, you just kind of walk in and we’re there. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean but with the dust from the road it is a constant battle. We have a couple of fans that stay on all day because it gets quite warm in this part of town. It’s a simple setup for a small team. Most of our day is spent talking to people or looking at maps of the local area. It suits us just fine for what we do without needing anything more polished.
