ABM OMCON LAND DEVELOPERS LLP

We are located over at Shop Number 40 in the Bhoomi Heights building. If you know Sector 8 in Kharghar, you’ve probably passed by Plot 5 and 6 where we are set up. It is a pretty straightforward office space in Navi Mumbai. We spend most of our mornings dealing with paperwork for land projects and talking to folks who stop by the shop. Kharghar has been changing so much lately with all the new buildings going up, so there is always something to keep us occupied. We aren't a huge operation, just a few of us working on land development stuff here in the Thane district area. Usually, the office is open fairly early because there is a lot to coordinate with site visits and local filings. We don't really do the big corporate thing with fancy lobby areas or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, some maps of the local plots, and a lot of tea being made throughout the day. People from around Navi Mumbai come to us when they need to figure out land details in this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic on the main road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just try to keep things organized and handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s a lot of practical work, looking at boundaries and making sure the records are right. That's pretty much what goes on here daily.
