It’s a typical building in a growing part of the city. We chose this spot because it’s convenient for the type of import and export work we do. Being in a flat means it’s not a big cold office. It feels more personal. We have our files stacked up and our desks arranged so we can all talk to each other easily. Dealing with impex means there is always a lot of back and forth with different agencies and shipping lines. We spend most of our time at the computers or on the phone. Navi Mumbai is a bit more spaced out than the main city, but it still gets quite busy. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks of moving goods. We focus on getting the details right and making sure our clients are getting what they need. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow or the street outside is noisy, but that’s just part of the experience. We are a small team and we like to keep things straightforward. No corporate talk, just real work. We’ve been in this Sector-10E location for a bit now and it suits us just fine for the kind of business we run.
