10Zenbulls Design Build Studio (Opc) Private Limited

We are 10Zenbulls Design Build Studio, and we work out of Flat No. C2-301 in the Hyde Park complex. We are located in Sector 35G of Kharghar, which is a part of Navi Mumbai that has seen a lot of new buildings lately. Our studio is where we sit down to draw up plans and then figure out how to actually build them. It is a bit of a mix of design work and construction management. The office is pretty informal; we don't wear suits or anything like that. It is mostly just a place for us to use our computers and talk to clients about their ideas. We like being in Kharghar because it feels a bit more open than some other parts of Mumbai, even though the commute to Thane can be a bit long. We handle both the creative side and the messy side of building things. It is a lot of work to make sure a design actually stays within a budget once you start buying materials. We don't use any fancy mission statements. We just try to make sure the spaces we build are useful and that they don't fall apart. Sometimes we spend hours just talking about where a wall should go or what kind of tiles to use. It is a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. We just take things one project at a time and try to keep it real.
