Rise Chits is located on the first floor of the Urbania Complex, which is on Gangavathi Road in Sindhanur. If you know the A K Gopal Nagar area, we are right there at CMC No 6-1-2471/1. It’s a busy spot in the Raichur district. Our office is where all the daily business of the chit fund happens. We have a small team that handles everything from the initial paperwork to the final payouts. The room is usually filled with the sound of calculators and people chatting. We don’t have any polished corporate stuff here; it’s just a workspace with plenty of files and a few computers. Usually, the mornings are spent catching up on the bank work, and the afternoons are for meeting members who drop by. It’s a lot of responsibility to manage other people’s money, so we try to be as careful as possible with the details. The road outside is always noisy with tractors and buses, but we’ve gotten used to it. We take our work seriously, even if the office looks a bit lived-in. There are calendars on the walls and plenty of ledgers on the shelves. It’s a local operation run by people who live right here in Sindhanur. We just focus on keeping the chit groups running on time every month without making things more complicated than they need to be for everyone involved in the group.
