Raichem Medicare Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Shindewadi, which is in the Bhor taluka. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, away from the main city buzz. We are based right in the village area of Shindewadi. It’s a lot quieter here than in the big towns, which we actually prefer for our work. We have a modest building where we handle our daily operations. It's not a massive factory or anything like that. We have some specialized equipment that we use, and we spend a lot of time making sure everything is kept clean and running right. The staff here are mostly local people from the surrounding villages. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just come in, do our shifts, and go back to our families. Sometimes the roads around here get a bit rough during the monsoon, making it a bit tricky for deliveries. We just take it as it comes. There isn't a lot of foot traffic around our place, so we mostly deal with our specific suppliers and clients. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to provide what we make in a reliable way. The landscape around the office is quite nice, especially after the rains when everything turns green. It is a peaceful place to spend the workday. We’ve been here for several years now and like the community.
