M/S Afcons Infrastructure Ltd

Our office is right in the Gunj Area of Raichur. If you know Raichur, you know how it gets during the day. It’s 12-1-123/2, a simple number but we’ve been here for a good bit. Karnataka weather keeps us on our toes, especially in the summers. We handle the infrastructure projects from this small setup for M/S Afcons Infrastructure Ltd. There’s always someone coming in or out with some blueprints or site reports. The Gunj area is always moving, so we’re right in the middle of all that activity. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations. The walls have some old calendars and charts pinned up. It’s a workplace, plain and simple. We drink a lot of coffee here, helps with the long afternoons. The staff is mostly local people who know the roads and the sites around here pretty well. We don’t have those big corporate speeches. We just talk about the materials, the timelines, and who’s going where tomorrow. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paper, but we know where everything is. Raichur is home for the work we do. We’ve seen the town change a bit while we’ve been stationed here. It’s not a flashy life, just steady work. Most of us have been together for a while, so it feels more like a small community than a cold office. We just get on with things and try to stay productive until the day ends.
