You can find us in Kushtagi, over in Ward No 3 of B.B Nagar. We are tucked away right behind the New Janta Motors, which is the Hero showroom everyone knows. Our office is pretty modest. We do engineering and development work. It’s a mix of planning out projects and actually getting them started on the ground. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s not a big corporate office. It’s more of a place where we meet locals and talk about their building plans. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. The area behind the showroom is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice for concentrating. We handle various tasks, from simple house plans to more complex layouts. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who just know us in the town. We try to be helpful and give straight answers. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and blueprints, but we know where everything is. It’s just us working hard to help people build what they need. It’s a small town feel here, and we like it that way. The coffee isn't great, but the work is solid. We just keep doing what we've been doing since we opened our doors here.
