Happy Book House

This shop at 2-1/158 in Adarsh Colony has been a part of Sindhanur for a good while. We call it Happy Book House because, well, that's just the name that stuck. It’s a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of books for school and some general reading. We spend a lot of our time helping students find the right guides or textbooks they need for their classes. It’s not a very big space, so we have to use every inch of the walls for shelving. Sometimes the boxes from new shipments sit on the floor for a day or two until we can find a spot for everything. We aren't big on decor or fancy displays. It's just a practical spot for anyone in the colony who needs something to read or study. The neighborhood knows us pretty well by now. We try to keep the stock updated, but it’s mostly just based on what people around here ask for. You’ll find us behind the counter most days, just minding the shop. It's quiet work, which suits us just fine. If you’re ever near the Sindhanur area, you’ll see our sign. It's not a complicated business, just a local book house doing its thing for the folks nearby.
