We are based in Ramkrishnabati, which is near the Mrigala post office in the Hooghly district. It’s a more relaxed setting compared to the big city. Our shop is part of the local community here. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. It’s a simple building, nothing too fancy. Most of the people who come by are locals or people from the nearby villages. We know most of our customers by name. Inside, it’s a mix of stock and a small counter where we handle the sales. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just do our business face-to-face. The pace of life here is a bit slower, which we like. We have our morning tea, check what needs to be done, and then get to it. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when it’s not too hot and talk to the people passing by. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't try to use big corporate talk because it wouldn't make sense here. We just provide what people need and try to be fair about it. There are days when it’s very quiet and days when everyone seems to come in at once. We take it as it comes. It’s a humble business, but it keeps us going and lets us be part of the neighborhood.
