Rajsheel Eye Clinic

Our little eye clinic is located in Tiloi, right in the Raebareli area. It’s a VPO address, so it’s very much a local village setup. We don’t have the big city lights or fancy glass buildings here. It is just a straightforward place where people from the surrounding villages come when their vision starts getting blurry or if they have something stuck in their eye. Most of the folks who walk through our doors are farmers or local shopkeepers from around Raebareli. We spend most of our days checking spectacles and helping people see a bit clearer so they can get back to their work. It’s a quiet life here for the most part, though market days can get a bit crowded. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where to find us without needing a map. The building is simple and we keep things pretty basic. There’s no big reception desk or waiting room with magazines, just chairs and a place to sit while you wait your turn. Sometimes the power goes out, but we manage with what we have. People like that we are close by so they don’t have to travel all the way into the bigger cities for a simple eye check. It’s just us helping out the neighbors and making sure the old folks can still read their papers. We keep things honest and just handle the daily walk-ins as they arrive throughout the week.
