Umaprem Beverages Private Limited is out in the Industrial Area at Sita No. 1 in Raebareli. Being in an industrial zone means there aren't many shops or restaurants nearby, just a lot of other factories and warehouses. We have a pretty large space here because we need the room for our beverage storage and the equipment. The building at Sita No. 1 is just a big blocky structure that stays fairly cool because of the high ceilings. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the bottles are being handled correctly. Raebareli can be a quiet place compared to Lucknow, but the industrial area is always buzzing with the sound of trucks and machinery. We don't have a decorated office or a receptionist to take messages. Usually, if the phone rings, whoever is closest to it just picks it up. We have a small table in the corner where we sit and have our lunch together. Most of our days are spent checking inventory and talking to the drivers who take the beverages out to the different districts. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of numbers. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny facade. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the business stays afloat. It’s a simple life out here in the industrial park and it suits us just fine. We just take the workload as it comes.
