Srva Infraventure Private Limited

We are located in Arkha, Unchahar, and we run things under the name Srva Infraventure Private Limited. The office is at the house of Jitendra Bdr Singh and Shankar Bux Singh. It’s a family-oriented vibe here. We focus on infrastructure ventures, mostly around the Unchahar area. Living and working in the same place means we are always available when something comes up. It’s not like those big city firms where you can never get a hold of anyone. We are just local people. Sometimes we sit out front and discuss the next steps for a project. The work involves a lot of coordination with local laborers and making sure materials arrive at the sites in Arkha. It’s a lot of manual tracking and staying on top of things. We don't use any fancy software for everything, just notebooks and keeping our word. People in the village know where to find us if they have questions about land or building projects. It gets dusty and the weather can be tough, but the work has to happen. We've seen a lot of changes in the local landscape over the years. We just try to contribute to that growth in a small way. It is a practical business. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand.
