Krishna Book Store

You can find us right at the Gora Bazar Chauraha, just across from the P.W.D. Office in Civil Lines. It is a well-known spot because of all the government offices nearby. We have been selling books and stationery here for quite a few years now. It gets really busy when the school terms start or when there are big exams coming up. We have stacks of notebooks, pens, and all the usual stuff students need for their classes. The shop is filled with books from the floor almost to the ceiling, so it can feel a bit cramped sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. If you are looking for a specific textbook or just a register for work, we probably have it tucked away somewhere on a shelf. Being in Civil Lines means we see a lot of office workers too, coming in for files or ink. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions because we are right at the crossing. The traffic outside is always moving, but inside it is mostly just the sound of paper and people browsing the stacks. We do not do anything fancy with the display. It is just shelves and counters. We keep things simple for everyone. If you need something for school or the office, you just come in and ask us. We try to keep the prices fair. It is just a regular book shop run by local people.
