We are based in Raebareli, over in the Jawahar Vihar Colony at 575- L-Ii/94. Being in a place like Raebareli means you get to know everyone eventually. We’ve been handling real estate from this office for quite a while. It’s a quiet colony, which is nice for when we have to sit down and go through thick stacks of property papers. Our team is local. We grew up around here and know the different neighborhoods like the back of our hand. We don't do flashy advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor. Real estate here involves a lot of patience. You have to wait for things to get processed and make sure every detail is correct. We spend a lot of time traveling to different sites across town. The office is where we do the planning and the paperwork. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical one with what we need to get the job done. We try to be helpful and give straight answers to whatever questions people have. It’s a local business, and we take pride in just being consistent and showing up every day to do the work. The tea shop around the corner is where we do half our meetings anyway. It’s just how things work in a colony like this. We keep things moving as best as we can.
