North East Tool Room

North East Tool Room is located at G-4 & 5 in the UPSIDC Industrial Area 2. We are right on Amawa Road. This is a place where we work with tools and machinery. It’s quite loud in here most of the time because of the work being done on the floor. I’ve been working with tools for a long time, so opening this place felt like the right thing to do. We have different sections for different types of equipment. Most of our days are spent fixing things or organizing the tool sets for local workshops. The industrial area is always bustling with activity, and we are right in the thick of it. The walls are lined with wrenches, drills, and all sorts of metal parts. It can be a bit disorganized during the middle of a big job, but we eventually find everything. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find me with grease on my clothes or busy with a machine. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when someone needs a tool repaired urgently. We just focus on the task at hand. The Amawa Road location is good because it’s easy for the trucks to get in and out. It’s a plain, functional space for people who need real work done with their equipment.
