We set up our office at Plot No 125 in Mallareddy Nagar, which is part of Gajularamaram in Quthbullapur. Construction is a tough business around here because the roads are always changing and new buildings are going up everywhere. We mostly look after small residential projects and some renovation work. Most of our day is spent out at sites rather than sitting in the office. There’s a lot of coordination with sand suppliers, cement guys, and the laborers. We keep our plans and maps on a big wooden table that has seen better days. My cousin and I started this because we knew the area well. Quthbullapur is growing fast, and we wanted to be part of building the houses people live in. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on word of mouth from someone who had a wall built or a roof fixed by us. We’ve had some rainy seasons that slowed us down, but we always get back to it once the sun comes out. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on progress. We try to make sure the measurements are right the first time so we don't have to break things down later. It's practical work for practical people. We’re just local builders trying to do a decent job without any of the big corporate talk.
