Sri Sai Koti Constructions

We run our operations from a small office at Samyuktha Residency, right near the Suchitra X Roads. It is a very busy part of Quthbullapur with a lot of new construction happening everywhere you look. Sri Sai Koti Constructions is just a small team of people. We do not sit in a big glass building with air conditioning. Our office is just a regular flat on the second floor where we keep all our blueprints and project files in messy stacks. Most of the time, we are not even sitting at our desks. We are out at various sites checking to see if the walls are straight or if the foundation was poured correctly. There is always some kind of problem, like materials not showing up on time or the rain making the ground too muddy to work. We spend a lot of our day on the phone trying to get things coordinated. It can get pretty stressful when the schedule starts to slip, which happens a lot in this business. We deal with a lot of dust and loud machinery every day. We do not use any complicated words to describe what we do here. We just build things. Whether it is a small house for a family or something a bit larger, it is the same work of laying bricks and pouring concrete. We know all the local suppliers, so we just get on with the job as best as we can.
