There is always dust on the desks and the phone never stops ringing with guys asking about cement or steel deliveries. We spend half the day on our bikes going between sites and the other half looking at drawings that get coffee stains on them. It’s not like those big fancy offices you see in the movies. It’s just a practical space where we figure out how to get the walls up and the roofs on. Hyderabad gets really hot in the summer, which makes the work even tougher for the guys outside. We try to get things done but sometimes the weather or a late truck messes up the whole schedule. That is just how it is in this line of work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just live here, work here, and help build things around the neighborhood. If you walk by Chandusparadise, you might see us coming in or out with dusty boots. It’s a lot of long hours but seeing a house actually get finished makes it feel okay at the end of the day.
