Maverick Polymers

Maverick Polymers is located at Plot No 903 886 in Ramreddy Nagar, over in the Shapurnagar area. We work with polymer materials, which basically means a lot of plastic processing. The site is usually quite busy with raw plastic pellets being moved around and the heat from the extruders. It can get pretty warm inside, especially during the summer months, but we have a few big fans to keep the air moving. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the machinery on one side and a bit of storage on the other. Shapurnagar is a crowded place, so there’s always something happening right outside our doors. We’ve had to learn how to fix our own machines because waiting for a technician takes too long. The guys here are good with their hands and don’t mind the grime. We don’t do much in terms of advertising; people usually find us because they need specific plastic components made. We just take the specs and get to work. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but we make sure the quality stays consistent enough for what the customers need. Sometimes the narrow streets of Ramreddy Nagar make it hard for the delivery vans, but we’ve gotten used to the squeeze. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay on top of the daily production schedule without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
