Nonoven Industry

The workshop at Plot No 187 in Pragathi Nagar is where we spend all our hours. Being right across from the Canara Bank makes it pretty easy for people to find us at the Ratnam Residency building. We run the machines at Nonoven Industry pretty much all day long. It is a lot of big rolls of fabric and the sound of the cutters going. The space we have in Quthbullapur is okay, but it gets crowded very quickly when we have a big shipment of raw material arriving. We do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves. It is dusty work, and the heat in Ranga Reddy doesn't make it any easier during the summer months. We just focus on getting the fabric cut and processed. There is no big corporate board or anything like that here, just a few of us making sure the machines do not jam and the orders are stacked correctly. We see the same people passing by every day on their way to the bank or the local shops. It feels like a very normal, quiet part of the neighborhood. The floor is usually covered in little fabric scraps by the afternoon, so sweeping is a big part of our closing routine every evening. We aren't trying to be some giant factory, just a local spot that stays busy with the work at hand. Most of our day is just handling the material and keeping the production line moving along.
