Cepro Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is based out in Ida Jeedimetla, Phase III. Our factory is at Plotno. D-159 in the Quthbullapur area of Rangareddy District. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s full of trucks and warehouses. We work with polymers and plastics, making various products that other companies use for their own manufacturing. The machines run pretty much all day and the air has that specific smell of processed plastic. It’s a busy environment and it can get quite hot inside the plant during the summer months. We have a crew of workers who know these machines inside and out. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on quality. If the temperature on a machine is off by just a little bit, the whole batch can be ruined, so we have to be very careful. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen the industrial estate grow. Our office is just a small section partitioned off from the main floor so we can hear the noise of the production while we do the paperwork. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty when a machine needs fixing. People come to us when they need specific plastic components made to a certain weight or strength. We just get on with the job and try to keep the machines running smooth. It is hard work but it is what we know.
