Sivam Tiles

If you go down Miyapur Road past the Kenedy School, you’ll find us at Sy No 499/1. We started Sivam Tiles because there was a lot of building going on in the area and people needed materials. It’s not a glamorous job, carrying heavy tiles around and making sure the stock is right, but it keeps us busy. We spend most of our time out in the yard or the warehouse area. The dust from the stone and ceramic is just part of the daily life here. Sometimes it gets really crowded on Miyapur Road, especially when the school lets out, but we manage to get our deliveries in and out. Being near Kenedy School makes it easy for people to find us at least. We don’t have any big sales pitches or fancy showrooms that look like a museum. It’s just stacks of tiles and some guys who know how to load a truck. We’ve had some long days when a big shipment arrives and we have to count everything by hand. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local scene here. We see the same faces coming back when they start a new project or need to fix a floor. It’s just us here at Sy No 499/1, doing the same thing we’ve done for years. We don't worry about being the biggest, just about having what people need when they show up.
