We run Aishwarya Tours And Travels out of our place at 13-18 in Indira Gandhi Nagar. It’s a busy little spot. We spend most of our time on the phone or booking tickets for people who want to go somewhere else. It’s funny because we stay right here while everyone else goes on vacation. The office is small and usually has papers piled up everywhere. We try to keep it organized, but when it’s peak season, it gets a bit chaotic. Our neighbors know us as the place where the taxis come and go. We do a lot of local trips and some longer ones too. We don't have a big fancy website or anything. Most people just walk in or call us because they know someone who used us before. That's how it works in this neighborhood. We've been here for a good amount of time now. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by hand, which is a headache. But we get it done. We know the routes around here like the back of our hands. If you need a car or a bus for a group, we just check the ledger and see what’s available. It’s a simple way to make a living. No corporate suits here, just us in our regular clothes trying to help people get from A to B. We often share tea with the drivers while they wait for their next passenger. It's a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing.
