At Costarica Pharmaceuticals, we operate out of Plot No 51 in the Aleap Industrial Area in Gajularamam. This part of the city is filled with other similar businesses, so there’s a shared sense of work and purpose around here. Our building is a standard industrial unit without any special features. We spend a lot of our time in the back areas or the storage room, keeping track of everything we have on hand. It’s not really a place meant for visitors, as we are always focused on the production and storage side of things. The hallways can be a bit narrow and are often filled with equipment or crates waiting to be moved. We try to keep things as clean as possible, but it’s a working environment, so there’s always something being shifted or cleaned up. The staff is mostly local, and we’ve been here long enough to know all the neighbors in the surrounding plots. We don’t have any big mission statements or posters on the walls. Mostly, we just have printed schedules and long inventory lists taped to the doors. The air in Gajularamam can be a bit heavy and humid sometimes, but we keep the ventilation running inside. We handle a lot of small details throughout the work day. It’s the kind of work that requires you to pay close attention to the small things. We aren't trying to be some massive company; we just want the work done right at the end of the day.
