KOWSEAL PLAST PACK & INDUSTRIES

Kowseal Plast Pack and Industries is located on No. 12, 3rd Gandhi Street. This is where our factory is, so it is a very hands-on environment. The street is quite narrow, so getting big deliveries in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, but we make it work. Inside, it smells like plastic and machinery. We have got the production lines running most of the day, making different kinds of packing materials. It is loud and there is a constant hum of the motors. We are not a big fancy company; we are a local industry through and through. The walls are a bit stained from the heat and the oil, and the floor has seen better days, but that just shows how much work gets done here. Most of the staff live nearby, so there is a real community feel to the place. We don't have a big marketing team or a sales department in suits. We just focus on the manufacturing side and making sure the orders are ready on time. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, and we usually just order some food and keep going. It is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else's name. We have been on Gandhi Street for a while and we are just part of the local industrial landscape. It is hard work, but it is what we do.
