Philips Real Estate is based out in Vittal, specifically in the Dakshina Kannada District. Our address is Kamatta Mangala Patav Post. It is a different kind of pace out here compared to the big cities. We deal with land and houses in this part of the country. People around here know us as the local real estate guys. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, going to see different plots of land or checking on houses that are for sale. It’s not a fancy office job. Most of the time we are talking to farmers or families who want to buy or sell something. The area around Kamatta Mangala is quite nice, lots of greenery and open space. We’ve lived and worked in the Dakshina Kannada area for a long time, so we know the local land pretty well. Real estate here is about knowing the people and the post office locations. We don't have a big website or a team of agents in suits. It’s just us helping people figure out the paperwork for their property. Sometimes it takes a while to get things done because of how the records are, but we just keep at it. It’s a quiet life but we stay busy enough.
