Tuluabharatha Foundation

The Tuluabharatha Foundation is located in Puttur, specifically over in the Darbe area. We share space at Pooja House, which is C/O Nagaraja Rai on Samethadkacto Road. If you are looking for us, we are down the 3rd Cross. It is a quiet residential kind of neighborhood, not like the big city offices you see in Bangalore. We don't have a big neon sign or anything. It's just a house where we handle our affairs. The road can be a bit dusty in the summer and muddy when the rains come to Puttur, but that’s just how it is here. Most people around here know Nagaraja Rai so asking for directions is usually easy enough. We keep things pretty simple. There isn’t a whole lot of staff, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay from day to day. We sit in the front room mostly. It feels more like a home than an office which is fine by us. Being out here in Darbe means we are away from the main market noise. We’ve got a couple of chairs for visitors but we aren't really set up for big crowds. It’s just a practical space for the foundation to exist. We spend our mornings getting through the paperwork. It’s a local operation, nothing too complicated about it. Just some folks working out of a house on a cross road in Puttur.
