Hotel Paraag

Hotel Paraag is tucked away in the Mithabail area, which is out near Moodbidri. If you’re heading that way from Mangalore, you’ll find us at the Aranha Compound. Pradeep Aranha is the one who keeps things moving around here. It’s a quiet spot, not like the big busy hotels in the middle of the city. We have rooms for people who are passing through or visiting family in the village. The air is a bit fresher out here, which is nice. Usually, the mornings start with the sound of birds and someone cleaning the porch. We spend a lot of time just making sure the beds are made and the bathrooms are clean for whoever shows up. Sometimes it’s people on business and other times it’s just travelers who got tired on the road. The address can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around here, but once you find Mithabail, it’s easier. We don’t have a massive staff or anything like that. It is mostly just a few hands helping out with the daily chores. We try to keep things simple and honest. If the lights go out or a tap leaks, we just fix it and move on. It is a slow-paced kind of life here compared to the city. We have been part of this community for a long time and everyone knows where the compound is, so we just keep things running.
