We are located at Railway Quarter No-L/165/C in the Loco Colony area of Adra. This part of Purulia is quiet most of the time except when the trains go by nearby. Ashok Kumar and Bikash Kumar run things from here. It is not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular place in the colony where we handle our work every day. The weather in West Bengal gets quite hot in the summer, especially here in Purulia, but we manage. Most people around here know the Loco Colony well because of the railway history of Adra. We have been here for a bit now, just doing what needs to be done. It’s a very practical setup for us. We don’t have a big team of marketing people writing fancy stuff for our website or brochures. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out for a while, but that is just part of living and working in a place like this. We usually start our day early in the morning before the heat gets too bad for everyone. You can find us near the railway quarters if you are ever in the Adra area. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or long meetings. We just make sure the paperwork is sorted and the equipment is where it needs to be. That is pretty much how things go for us at Thermosystem. It is a local operation.
