Ucci Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Purulia in West Bengal. Specifically, you can find us on Desh Bandhu Road, down a little bye lane. It is not the main road, so it is a bit quieter, which we actually prefer for our daily work. Purulia is a different kind of place compared to the big cities like Kolkata. It has its own slower pace. We work out of this office every day, dealing with the paperwork and the clients that come our way. The lane is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage. Most of us just walk or take a rickshaw anyway. Our office is not decorated with expensive art or anything. It is mostly just stacks of files and computers. We started this company because we wanted to do something locally instead of moving away to the city. It has been a learning process, and we have made our share of mistakes along the way. That is just part of growing a business. We do not use big words to describe ourselves. We just say we are here and we are working. The weather in West Bengal can be quite humid, so the office can get a bit stuffy, but we have got windows and fans to keep the air moving. We like being part of the community on Desh Bandhu Road.
