Surakshaa Solutions

If you ever go down to the Purulia Main Market, you might see our sign for Surakshaa Solutions. We are right in the thick of things where all the shops are. The market is always loud and full of people, which we have gotten used to over the years. Our place is not very large, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. We mostly handle different types of solutions for the people who walk in from the street. It could be something simple or something that takes us a few days to figure out. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our customers are just folks from Purulia who know where we are located. We sit behind the counter and wait for someone to come in with a question or a problem. Sometimes the weather makes the market a bit difficult to navigate, but we stay open regardless. It’s just us, a few chairs, and a lot of things to do. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just a shop in the market. We know the other people who work nearby, and we often chat with them during the slow times. It is a very normal, local way to run things. We just try to be useful to the people who live and work around the main market area.
