At Sri Balaji Millers Llp, we are based in Telkalpara, which is in the Purulia district of West Bengal. Our address is simple because everyone around here knows where Telkalpara is. Purulia is a bit different from the coastal areas, as it gets very hot and dry, especially in the summer months. Being millers means our work revolves around the cycles of the local crops. When it’s harvest time, the mill is a very loud and dusty place to be, but that’s just the nature of the business. We spend our days managing the machinery and making sure the grain is processed properly. It’s a hands-on job, and you won't find many of us wearing ties or sitting in air-conditioned offices all day. We are usually out on the floor or talking to the farmers who bring their loads to us.
