Saraswati Shishu Mandir

Saraswati Shishu Mandir is located in Puncha, which is a quiet little place where everyone mostly knows each other's business. We have been here for a long time, looking after the local kids and giving them a place to learn their lessons. The building is simple, just like the rest of the village. We don't have the big fancy facilities you might find in the city schools, but we have enough space for the children to sit and study. There is a bit of a playground area outside where they run around during the breaks, and it gets pretty dusty when the wind picks up. In the mornings, you can hear the kids reciting their work from all the way down the road. It is a very peaceful environment for the most part, away from all the noise of the bigger towns. We have a few teachers who have been with us for years, and they really care about the families in Puncha. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the wooden benches are a bit worn out from all the use, but it feels like a second home to many of the students. We just try to keep things organized and make sure everyone shows up on time. It is a small school with a big heart, and we are just happy to be a part of the daily life in this village.
