Fire Wing Cisf

Working out here at Rtpp (Dvc) in Raghunathpur means dealing with a lot of dust and heat. Andal is an industrial kind of place and Fire Wing Cisf fits right into that landscape. Our office is more of a practical space where we handle the daily grind. There is always a lot of coming and going because of the power plant nearby. You see a lot of heavy trucks and people in work boots passing by. Inside, things are fairly simple. We have our maps and duty rosters pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the radio or the phone making sure the different posts are covered. It gets quiet in the afternoons when the sun is high, but the work doesn't stop. We mostly focus on the guys at the gates and the patrols. There’s no polished lobby here, just a place where the staff sits down to eat their tiffin and talk about their families. Sometimes the electricity flickers, but that’s just part of being near the project. We don't try to sound like a big fancy company because we are not. We are just a team of people who know the local area and the specific needs of a place like this. It’s a lot of long hours and checking registers over and over. Every day is pretty much the same routine, but it keeps the place running.
