DAUGHTER SAVE NIDHI LIMITED

You can find us in Bairgachchhi, over by Koklamari. Daughter Save Nidhi Limited is run from the home of Heliya Swarnakar. It is a small place in a village that doesn't get a lot of outside visitors, which is just fine with us. We are mostly focused on the people living right here in our own streets. The name might sound a bit different, but we are just a regular local group. We spend our days dealing with small amounts of money that people want to put aside. In a place like this, everyone works hard for what they have. We see the same faces every week. Someone might come in with a few notes they saved from selling vegetables or doing some odd jobs. We write it down and keep it safe. The office is just a front room with a desk. It’s nothing like the big institutions you see in the city news. We don't have computers running all the time, mostly just pens and paper. It’s a quiet life here. When it rains, the sound on the roof is so loud we have to stop talking for a bit. We don't mind. It gives us a chance to drink some water and look out at the fields. We are just trying to be a useful part of the Bairgachchhi community without making a big fuss about it.
