Kushal Group

Kushal Group is based at 16 Ganesh Chandra Avenue. Sanjay Adukia runs things from here, and it’s a pretty busy spot most days of the week. The office is right in the thick of the city, which makes getting around fairly easy if you use the metro or the buses. We have a modest setup inside with some old wooden desks and plenty of filing cabinets. We deal with various projects and business matters, mostly keeping our heads down and doing the work. It’s not a place for flashy displays. We prefer to just get on with the day’s agenda. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, especially during the middle of the day, but we don't mind it much. It feels like being part of the city's pulse. We have a small group of employees who have been with us for a long time, so we function like a bit of a family. We don't have any scripted speeches or professional greeters. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the time. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets to keep everything in order. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hand. It is a good place to be for us and our small crew.
