Vedanta Aluminium Ltd.

The office is over on Chunapur Road here in Purnea. It’s actually located at Neema Kumari’s place, who is Mr. Ajay Jaiswal's daughter, right in Sipahi Tola. We’ve been set up here for a while now dealing with the aluminium side of things for Vedanta Aluminium Ltd. It is a busy area but we manage. Most days it’s just about getting the paperwork done and making sure everything is moving like it should. We aren't a big fancy shop with a lot of signs. People usually find us just by asking around the neighborhood since Sipahi Tola is pretty well known. The pin code is 854301 if you are sending something through the post. Working in Bihar has its own rhythm, you know. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get a bit crowded with the local traffic, but we just keep at it. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff from this spot. It’s not a huge operation here, just a practical one to keep things going. There’s a lot of activity on the road outside most mornings. It is just a regular workplace where we sit and handle the day-to-day tasks. Nothing too complicated, really. We just try to stay organized and get our work finished before the day ends. It’s a quiet enough setup once you get inside. The building stays mostly cool indoors even when the Bihar sun is hitting the pavement hard outside. We like being part of the local community here and knowing our neighbors.
